I love Jester, its exactly what we needed from a new UK hop. It brings some of the flavours I love in new world hops like grapefruit and gooseberry, but it does it in its own way.

“Hops are our world”, so says one of the international hop merchants.
However as Growers we beg to differ. We live and breathe hops. They are historical, romantic, extremely difficult and time-consuming to grow. Hops are our life, our outlook, the view from our windows and our livelihood.
